It was painful to read the NIH’s response to CFSAC’s recommendations, but the NIH next did a very interesting thing. They’re sending an internationally known researcher specializing in central nervous system infections to speak at the CDC’s Grand Rounds presentation on ME/CFS in February.

I would like see this professor replicates the PET scan study from Japan as fast as possible!
Good idea. I hope that that’s top of his list. If they validated the Japanese work that would be BIG news! Thanks for mentioning it. I have heard they’re going to do brain scans.
