Retired clinical psychologist reports he's been "through the medical and pharmaceutical field" like others for the past 11 years. It took him some work to "do the research, convince a doctor to treat him and find and a compounding pharmacy" but it worked and the Abilifiy/LDN combination has returned him to "near 80% health".
A followup with Marvin indicates that the effectiveness of both Abilify and LDN wore off over time. He had a "magical" two months of near normalcy followed by a decline. His PEM, however, remains improved.
