On a related note: how do you safely increase nitric oxide? supposedly, there is beneficial n.o. and harmful n.o. (I believe that eNOS, or endothelial nitric oxide synthase, is beneficial)... I took ornithine & arginine a few years ago and felt fantastic at first... almost OCD which I loved b/c my brain function was working really great and I felt very focused cognitively... then I crashed HARD...

However, I did learn that blood flow can help me... Would these drugs that increase blood volume help me get the same effect? is there any way to safely increase the good nitric oxide? OTC recommendations are welcome, too..

thanks
