I could never eat that with my IBS. Fats and red meats are completely constipating and veggies and fiber cause serious cramps and bloating. It'd taste great and I'd be miserable.

And that's if I had the energy to cook any of that.

You're lucky you can eat like that. I have a serious carb addiction. Also, when I eat fruits and veggies, I get less cramping if I eat carbs first.

I just saw on tv a woman snot up a McDonald's drive thru because they forgot the bacon on her burger. She got 7 years. She could have used the ketogenic diet defense.

Constipation and cramping are listed as two possible side effects of the diet. I think they suggest increasing fluid intake or maybe fiber.

When you have IBS-C, you can't drink enough water to get things moving. I'd never poo if I was on that diet.

@Strike me lucky one day in 2010 my guts just stopped working.
