Wondering if anyone has used TUDCA to treat ME/CFS? Besides beneficial effects that have been reported has anyone experienced a worsening of fatigue symptoms?
Could this be the result of the body's efforts to rid itself of degradation products of dying microorganisms in the gut as microbiome composition is adjusted? For those of us with sufficient energy available this should not be a problem, however for severely affected ME/CFS patients with limited energy stores, the results could run counter to what was expected.
Am aware of Cort's blog describing experiences of Efthymios Kalafatis Oct 2nd 2023. Separately but maybe related, I have had my gallbladder removed.
