I am diagnosed with ME and I suffer with the flu symptoms headaches and sore throats and they seem to have got worse lately. Also I can get to sleep but wake up and sometimes can't get back to sleep - I use melantonin and anti histimines I'm 45 and possibly ... perimenopausal. I read that M.E is a neuro immunological disease and hormonal changes can worsen things. When I have a pipe the pain goes instantly and am better for alot of the next day. I now combine that with CBD oil, from buds r us, the most expensive one they sell. That seems to stop me getting the anxiety and jitteryness. If I do this early enough in the day and ground myself it's all good. If I go out though, over the winter I can then catch infections. I need to use the alchohol hand thing, not share spliffs etc and be careful to not be in enclosed spaces with people coughing. At the moment though the issues with sleep are driving me mad and am considering anti depressants.I have been ill for 20 years,pregnancy helped.

I use 6 drops twice daily under my tongue. If I use more than that it doesn't work so well. I was able to cut back and/or even quit some of my heavy meds and opioids. This CBD helps me manage rather than depending on opiods to manage.

I'm using Peak full-spectrum CBD oil which has all the benefits of the full plant (including some THC) and is less processed. Also, Peak is a local product here in Oregon. Must be 21 to buy / use, is federally illegal, must be purchased in a dispensary.... (There is 'Hemp Oil' on Amazon for sale, but think, 'grape seed oil' or any other high-quality cooking oil, it isn't going to have the same qualities as the controlled cbd product.)
My brain noise just quiets right down and I can actually focus. I have had to memorize information while on the CBD oil and had no trouble with later recall. I do not drive while on the cbd oil. Erased anxiety/depression, wow.
I am not on any prescription medications. I use less than half a dropper. The downside, it is expensive.
