I have tried 3 other strains of tincture and have found the Aqua Oral Solution to be most beneficial for me. I began using CBD oils at the suggestion of my rheumatologist and my ME/CFS doctors. I originally tried Organic Full Spectrum Hemp Oil and found it did little to relieve my symptoms and upset my stomach. I do better if I use two different oils. The ... Elixinol liposomal full spectrum hemp oil from ProHealth helps me sleep much better at night and eases the fibro pain. I use three squirts under the tongue before I go to bed. The 350 mg Green Roads CBD Oil works better for me for anxiety and brain fog. I take a couple of drops under my tongue in the morning. As is pretty common with anything I try, they tend to stop working after a couple of months and I go off them entirely for a month or so and then go back on them. Sometimes I use CBD oil to treat the muscle inflammation and pain that occurs with my CFS. It works very quickly and very noticeably. It's almost like there's a cool lane affecting my body.

Thank you thank you for getting to thIs very important topic. I've been using different strengths of cbd and it's incredibly difficult to know proper dosage. It sure is trial and error. I did have a horrible experience with smoking cannabis when a teenager. ... However I need a small amount of THC but it's not legal and I travel, and I'd have no idea the strength I need or where to get it. I'm at a loss. Should never have been illegal in the first place. Because I live in a nonlegal state I grow my own. If my state or the feds ever legalize medical use I will probably continue to grow as this way I'm assured there are no contaminants present. I buy only auto-flowering seeds so I don't have to worry about... light exposure at the wrong time and the plants are small enough to fit 3-4 in a 4'x8' tent.
