Starting Ketamine for CFS

Hello,
I had 20 sessions of Ketamine (the nasal spray type) 2 years ago. I did nothing for my CFS unfortunaltely. It was done at the hospital and I stayed a few hours every time. Right afterwards I started with LDN, and that has been hugely beneficial for me.
Kind regards
The nasal spray is approved for treatment resistant depression when you are having an attack. As Ketamine is a very short acting drug, idk how it would work as a nasal spray? I strongly feel the therapy with the hour long treatment really helped.

Update: It has now been about a month since my treatment. I have had zero down days since. No fatigue; no brain fog; and my memory seems to be rebounding. Last week I got up the courage to try to throw myself into PEM. I did just enough to be sure it would have happened before Ketamine. No PEM! A couple days later I tried it again only this time the day after was an Adderall Holiday for me. No PEM.

I am still taking Adderall, however I am planning on slowly backing off it as I currently don’t see where it is doing much anymore. Even my fibro pain is down.

Lying down. Under Ketamine I could count but I’d probably lose track. The therapist monitored me all the time and all of my vitals remained constant and un moved every session.
I would be interested to know. Our daughter was also breathing too quickly. But nobody noticed.
There is only one measuring device that can really measure this. But it is only available in the emergency services, in the operating room or in the intensive care unit: a capnometer.
If you are interested, you can read the report that I have made available for download.
Best wishes
